Censorship of America is Not a Conspiracy Theory

Hey, everyone!

Wanted you all to know that my friend, William Kendall, was suspended from his Facebook account. Someone falsely accused him of something very heinous. Something I'm familiar with.

Anyway, I, too, have been suspended for suspicious activity. I'm one to post things on conspiracy theories, RFID, and standing up for Freedom of Speech.

Recently, I stood up for Sir Wills on my wall. I've also stood up for the journalists who post their stories to this specific media and are then labeled as hoaxes or fake. I've ran a few discussions on this at my wall. Guess the hierarchy of Facebook didn't like that.

America isn't America anymore. Be awake, my friends. Changes are here and there are more to come.

Censorship is here. Especially if you have a strong belief in God and in the old Constitution and the Bill of Rights and know your American history.

Just wanted you all to know. Be awake. Be aware.

Hugs and chocolate, all!
Shelly

  1. I'm really starting to feel like a total failure. Two of my friends have been suspended from Facebook (so far). I'm usually the resident troublemaker! Why are the powers that be leaving me alone? Am I not trying hard enough?

Seriously, Shelly--I agree with you. They're going too far. And I have a few ideas for calling public attention to it.

    1. Last night, I left a comment on someone's post who made an ignorant comment about us standing up for Sir Wills. And I was polite. You know how I am. I'm sure I was tarred and feathered for it.

  2. I can't figure out how these people are defining "heinous" and "suspicious."
    Hang in there, Shelly.

  3. I imagine you can open another account under a pen name. Good luck.

  4. Did it give you a timeline for how long it'll take? Are you able to at least view your wall and send reports about things being broken?

I am still suspended as of this morning. I don't expect that to change anytime soon. I have tweeted a link to my post about it to the Huffington Post, see if that goes anywhere. Until then, I'm also tweeting directly to Facebook. It's a public forum, and it has been suggested that can be effective if you keep at it enough.

    1. That's true. Persistence does pay off in most cases.

    2. I'm not allowed in at all and was given a message that I would receive an email in 30 minutes. That was at about 8 AM. I have yet to hear from them.

  6. Isn't it Hachette, Penguin, Harper Colllins, Random House, Simon Shuster and MacMillan? Doesn't really matter does it? :)

  7. Sadly, this sort of thing is going on in lots of places, FB is just one of them. Again and again Free Speech is trumped by the pc decree of a group of people who think they are intellectually and morally superior to the rest of us.

It seems to me, the good news is that there are more of us then them. Meanwhile, maybe a mass exodus from FB is in order.

  8. I was suspended from Twitter - and they didn't even tell me why.

    1. I haven't been told why either. I'm speculating. All I know is that I was banned for suspicious behavior. No warning either.

  9. This is getting ridiculous, but I bet the other person did report you as offensive. Hugs and chocolates back.

    1. I wonder if it was that J guy who kept showing up at my posts. I blocked and deleted him after her called Barry a racist and another friend stupid.

  11. I just started FB (late to the party) but I don't post. I just look at a friends photos.
What I don't understand is why a friend of my friends friend who is a friend of someone I have no idea who they are wants to be friends with me ? I like my blog even if only 5 people read it.
Plus I need to spend less time on the computer not more.
I want to leave facebook but if you all are having a mass walkout I will wait.

    cheers, parsnip

    1. Angry, I know it's complicated. It's supposed to be for networking. But a lot of peeps want sell, sell, sell! Or make a lot of trouble.

  12. This atrocious behaviour is typical of Facebook. How can one of their core tenets BE "free speech" when their actions clearly say otherwise?

    1. Exactly, I'm pretty outraged by this. I don't get it. But as you know, we're under a UN rule. And where you live, you well know that Free Speech is under attack.
