Television: Christians that Have a Personal Relationship with Jesus Christ are Dangerous?!

Certain things have upset me this week. When I'm researching things to post about there's no telling what I will come across. And the more things I find whether in written or spoken word, the more I become more convinced that there is truly an agenda to brainwash us all.

Like I've probably said before, the best tool on the planet to reach millions is our television sets. People in general, like to be entertained and informed the easy way. But what if we are truly being prepped to believe a lie?

Sometimes I find myself wondering if Hitler is alive somewhere in a warehouse ruling the world. He seemed to be the master of grabbing minds through propaganda.

Over the last few years, there have been some outrageous comments about Christianity and Christians. Even movies are painting them as whacked out violent whackos like Chappie.

Pope Francis himself, in nutshell, stated that anyone who has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ outside of the church is dangerous.

Bill O'Reilly, from Fox News, and the author of Killing Jesus has said the same and believes Christians are no better than Extreme-Islamists. I don't ever recall having a desire to chop off someone's head EVER! If I recall, one of the Ten Commandments is 'THOU SHALT NOT KILL'. I take it seriously.

O'Reilly even believes the Bible is nothing more than an allegory. It seems to me that this television personality has perfected Doublespeak beings he's a Catholic Christian ... so he claims.

The other issue is Obama and his administration. Christians are seen as dangerous in America. Especially if you believe abortion is wrong, you have a gun, are a prepper, a veteran, and so forth and so on. God forbid if we speak up for what we believe in. It could land us in jail one day.

And we all know how Bill Maher feels about the Bible and religion in general. He obviously hates GOD!

And to top it off, Kanye West who is also referred as Yeezus has his own Bible now. WHAT THE MONKEY? Some MORON wrote a Book of Yeezus, replacing God and Jesus with the name Yeezus all for this bag of flesh, blood, and bones. What a bunch of MONKEY- STUFF!

So who are the nutty Christians? I know some. And they give all of us who believe in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior a truly bad name. Just make sure you watch this next video on an empty stomach. These people will make you want to blow some chunks. It does me. They definitely do not speak a message of God's love through His Son's death and resurrection. It's utter hatefulness.

God loves everyone John 3:16 and doesn't wish for any of us to perish 2 Peter 3:9. We all have sinned and fall short Romans 3:23.  He gives everyone the opportunity to repent and He is faithful to forgive 1 John 1:9.

So does this post make me one of those nutty Messianic Christians? A terrorist? Dangerous, perhaps? Could be, if you've fallen for the agenda or if you equate me with the Westboro Baptists. But I also know that one day, I and many others will be persecuted. God promised that we would be 1 Peter 4:12-14 and 2 Timothy 3:12.

Is what I just wrote about a smidgeon of what is coming? Could be.

Anyway, hope everyone has a lovely week. Hope y'll get to eat lots of chocolate!

Hugs and chocolate!
Shelly

  1. We are the last open targets.
Hold fast. These are the end days and it was foretold it would end like this.

  2. I didn't watch the videos as I see and read enough of that hateful material. If the world hasn't guessed, I am a Christian and I am in church almost every Sunday morning because I know I am a sinner and need His forgiveness that is mine through His death on the Cross. That really makes me a dangerous person in the eyes of many. Hugs back for a well written blog.

    1. Thanks, Mari. It's getting creepy out there.

  3. I'm really tired of the way Christians are painted anymore. If someone is devoted then they are hard hearted and lacking in compassion. I'm especially upset that there are just enough who are that way to give the rest of us a bad name. Kind of like a lot of Islamic believers.

    1. It's the nutters who preach hate that bring down us and God's message.

  4. Lots of bad stuff on TV. I have to say the Lady Gaga tune makes it easy to tune out the words.

    1. The Westboro Baptist people make the news appearances. The media are fixated on them.

  5. I think it would be better for you to stop watching television altogether.

  6. Your post is refreshing...standing up for Christians, of which, I think NO ONE is doing. Good Christians are quiet and loving, forgiving and productive. Those who are radical and act out of hate, I wonder about.

    1. Thank you. Was a little shy to post it.
      Since we're under scrutiny.

  7. I think there are extremists in every religion. It's not fair to say all Christians, or all Muslims are crazy and a menace to society. There are good, wonderful people of all faiths. The important thing is that we treat each other with respect, even if we don't agree with each other's religious views.

    1. Yes. There are good people everywhere. I agree. America at one time was a country who respected everyone's faith. Now...

  9. It's really scary and disturbing what you see on TV. That's why I like my life not watching much of it. :)

I hope the media will soon understand the power it extends to people.

    1. Yes. They do say our eyes are the gateway to our minds. Look what happened to Eve. She saw that the object of temptation was good. I, myself, keep it off a lot. Not much on it that I want to see.
