I used to get sinus infections very regularly. Then I was treated by a cranial osteopath and I seem to be cured. Take care of yourself.

Two sons use a neti pot (sp ?) and they have cut infections way down and feel so much better. Just a thought.

DeleteAdorable photos! Hope you're feeling better! Sinus infections are the worst. If you don't already use one, I find that some nasal sprays are very helpful.
